Select Wood is a cost optimization solution for medium to large-scale wooden buildings provided by Sakura Structural, which has top-class structural design achievements in Japan. Amid the serious rise in the costs of steel and concrete materials, we propose a structural transition from "RC and S construction to wooden construction" tailored to the building's purpose and scale. By eliminating excessive specifications and significantly reducing foundation construction costs, we achieve substantial cost reductions in construction while ensuring seismic resistance.
